Job Title

Essential Job Functions:

Check and deliver mail and faxes to the Category Managers.

Prepare, maintain, and distribute various ad information to the appropriate persons.

Key quantities of ad items, distributions, etc., to be sent to the stores.

Process closeouts for the Distribution Center.

Contact customers with answers regarding Product Request Forms.

Contact with stores and supervision staff regarding orders.

Assist others with work overflow as assigned by Merchandising Office Manager.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and resolve issues for the Category Managers when possible.

Correspond with stores, as needed.

Booking show preparations.

Prepare, maintain, and distribute various Customer and Category-level reporting for Category Management, Merchandising Directors, Marketing Directors, and members of Senior Staff.

Attend on-site training for reporting software, as needed.

Attend weekly Loyalty Marketing meeting and share report findings with attendees.

Maintain Policies and Procedures for assigned job duties.

Email Daily To-Do List to Director of Loyalty Marketing and Merchandising Office Manager once per week.

This is an hourly position that requires regular on-site work at the Corporate Support Center in Abingdon, VA in accordance with company's attendance policy.

Qualifications:

High School graduate supplemented by college degree and/or related experience.

Basic knowledge of office procedures.

Ability to type with speed and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize assignments and multi-task.

Ability to follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals daily.

Ability to attend on-site work during normal business hours, in the typical work week, as well as extra time as needed to fulfill job duties through regular attendance.
