Customer Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Coordinator at Ace Hardware, you will be the face of the store ensuring every customer receives friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service. You will also help maintain store operations, support team members, and contribute to the store’s success through hands-on coordination and leadership.

• Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Assist customers with product questions, purchases, and returns
• Coordinate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store
• Support training, delegation, and performance monitoring of store associates
• Lead by example and contribute to team motivation and excellence

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 1 year of previous retail experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering great service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail settings
• Familiarity with hardware products and retail POS systems
