To achieve superior customer service and maximize sales and volume growth, the Delivery Merchandiser distributes and sells products on assigned routes through building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, by adhering to Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country standards, the Route Sales Driver ensures product availability at accounts by keeping beverage sections, racks, displays, and vendors properly filled.

The necessary tasks that an individual must carry out to maintain the flow of work and meet organizational objectives are known as essential responsibilities

• Enhance the revenue generation of designated accounts by increasing product sales, optimizing distribution, creating engaging displays and implementing impactful marketing tactics.
• Daily product sales and deliveries are made to specific accounts according to established procedures.
• CCBCHC guidelines should be strictly followed to merchandise and stock all accounts.
• Modify, maintain, and relocate Point of Sale advertisements as needed for each account.
• Accurately record the accounting of products, cash, and assets on a daily basis to ensure proper financial management.
• Maximizing payment collection by employing efficient invoicing protocols.
• Develop lasting relationships with account staff and deliver outstanding customer service to every account by means of regular contact, swift resolution of issues, and effective follow-up.
• Keep all CCBCHC equipment and product displays in a polished and orderly condition.
• Make sure that the back room is maintained in a neat and orderly manner while effectively managing trade breakage for allocated accounts.
• To comply with CCBCHC safety standards, carry out the obligatory vehicle and load checks.
• Strive for consistency in maintaining CCBCHC's quality assurance policies in every account.
• Maintaining a hazard-free workspace is necessary for worker well-being.
• Foster mutually beneficial relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Keep track of your rivals' merchandise, promotional efforts, and revenue reports.
• Ensuring conformity, respect, and reinforcement of all legislation, policies, operational procedures, and workflows is crucial.

• Mastery in utilizing a hand truck incorporated with either two or four wheels.
• Ability to effectively operate and control various power trucks used in manufacturing.
• The acquisition of a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting in the job is a must-have skill.
• The mandatory criteria for this position dictate that the candidate should know how to operate a tractor and trailer necessitating a Class A CDL, comply with all of the applicable CDL requirements, and have a motor vehicle driving history that meets the CCBCHC's criteria.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• It is beneficial to have a high school diploma or GED when applying for this position.
• The position requires applicants to have worked for 1-3 years in general settings.
• One year or more of experience in commercial driving is the preferred qualification.
• If you have a background in grocery store or consumer products, you may be well-suited for this particular opportunity
• Those who have worked in support positions will be given priority.

Training Requirements:

• New Hire Orientation
• The Company provides interactive safety training and other mandatory safety courses.
• It is mandatory for companies to conduct annual workplace training related to the use of drugs and alcohol
• The display of one's truck driving proficiency may be necessary.

Physical Demands:

• The scope of work entails the application of physical prowess such as walking, communicating verbally, perceiving audibly, and utilizing hand dexterity to interact with and operate objects.
• To perform efficiently in this role, one needs to have strong visual acuity, including the ability to see at close range and concentrate when working on a computer screen.
• The job demands that you lift, push and pull objects weighing over 50 pounds, as well as stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach continually.

It is crucial to have proper training and education on the use of PPE, to ensure that employees understand their importance and how to use them correctly

Work Environment:

• Due to the functioning of machinery and/or warehousing equipment, the work atmosphere may have a moderate level of noise.
• The job requires a willingness to travel to different offices of the organization, which will constitute roughly 10% of the entire work commitment. Additionally, the employee may have to attend seminars or training programs outside their hometown.
• It is essential to have availability for weekend and holiday shifts.
