CDL A Driver

We are seeking Professional Truck Drivers who want to make an impact and contribute to Ace's mission of being the Helpful Place. This role supports our Moxee distribution center, delivering products directly to retailers across several states.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Professional Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from our distribution center to Ace retailers. You will act as one of the Faces of Ace, delivering a Helpful experience both on and off the road.

• Perform direct-to-store deliveries with accuracy and timeliness
• Operate within a regional driving schedule, with 1-2 nights home weekly
• Ensure all safety procedures and DOT regulations are followed
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and retail customers
• Support the company's safety initiatives and utilize industry-leading equipment

Required Skills and Experience:

• Valid CDL with hazardous material endorsement (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
• Minimum of 1 year of Class A tractor/trailer on-road driving experience
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with mountain terrain and intercity driving
• Customer service experience in a delivery setting

Compensation and Benefits:

• Average annual earnings of $80,000
• $10,000 sign-on bonus (limited time)
• Weekly pay with additional pay for store deliveries, backhauls, training, and more
